24 inch Berenguer Vinyl and Cloth Doll

This doll, despite many search attempts, is a true mystery to me.
Berenguer dolls are a collection of dolls with realistic, life-like qualities that distinguish them from other dolls and toys, making them well-known among children and doll collectors.
They have realistic qualities in the arms and legs.
Examine the hands and feet of the doll. This doll has nail beds, dimples and knuckles, which add to the realism.
Because I have been unable to find more like her, it is possible that she was a prototype of a teenage doll that never went into production. She has shiny rooted hair and very nice face paint. Her outfit, which to me appears home sewn, consists of an overlayed skirt with a matching jacket, a beret, black tights and mary-jane shoes that tie with a satin ribbon. I obtained her here on ebay 13 years ago, attracted by her beauty. I intended to sew a new outfit for her but never got it done. She comes from a non-smoking home. Thanks for looking!
