Tires come off the track HOT & STICKY ---frequently they pick up "track rubber", grass clippings , sand etc----tires can easily be cleaned off with warm up lap scrub in.

These are perfect for  Track days, or Auto-X or Road Race or Circle track---they are  race compound rubber.

A  three number % (e.g.80-60-80%) indicates percent race rubber remaining (shoulder / center / shoulder)
NOTE: To maximize the wear of an  uneven wear tire (e.g. 90-60-40%  race rubber remaining ) the 90% edge needs to be mounted toward the "high" wear side of the wheel (typically the outside edge on the front, and variable on the rear depending on your suspension set up)
