Apple i486DX - 33Mhz DOS Compatibility Card 820-0543-A for Macintosh Quadra 610.
This was pulled from a working Macintosh Quadra 610.
This card will NOT fit in a 6100/66 machine. It seems to only fit the slot of a Quadra 610. Card has some RAM on board but I am uncertain how much.

Original Software on floppy disk
Original Manual
Some other cards like this, with a different model number, have a VIBRA 16 sound card attached. This card does NOT have that card and I am uncertain if it ever did or was meant to.
