IBM CHIP PACKAGING TECHNOLOGY SAMPLE PACK

Description

Sample pack of three IBM chip packaging technologies from the 1990s (?), in original hard plastic case (9" x 7" x 1 1/4").  They seem to be in good condition, but they're untested - for collecting purposes only.  The front closure of the case is broken.  A very hard to find piece of IBM history.
