    Q: Are these original products?
    A: Yes, they most certainly are genuine products!
    Q: How do I know these are original products?
    A: Please take a look at the feedback I’ve received and my seller status – there’s no way, I’d have this many positive comments, if my offer wasn’t a legitimate one.
    Q: How do I tell you which colours I want?
    A: Easy! After you purchase, send me a message (contact seller – in your summary) or click ‘ask a question’ in any of my listings or leave a note on your order on ebay or paypal.
    Q: Do you have the colour I want?
    A: Generally, I’ve got the entire range available. If for some reason, the item is unavailable and I can’t source it for you, I’ll contact you and refund your money. If the colour you want is temporarily or permanently discontinued, I’ll ask you to choose another (perhaps, similar) colour, or refund your money (and postage) for that item.
    Q: What do I do, if I can’t see a listing for the product I want?
    A: Please contact me! If I don’t have a listing of the product you want up yet, I’ll put one up just for you for the item you want.

    A: Yes, it is. It is also the best-selling product to countries such as Indonesia, Singapore and the Middle East.

    A: Use google (images) and check for swatches of the colour you’d like (eg. ‘Inglot 02M 660 swatches’)
    Q: Do you combine postage?
    A: Of course, if you’re buying several items on one listing, the postage is combined automatically upon check out. If you’re buying several items on different listings, please wait for an invoice and I’ll adjust the shipping price.
    Q: Help! I’ve purchased several items separately and I’d like to combine the postage.
    A: No problem at all, I will refund you the extra postage you’ve paid!
    Q: I want to put in a larger order, how can I do this?

    Q: How long does postage take?
    A: According to international postage guidelines, parcels take an average of 7-10 business days to arrive (less if the destination’s in Europe). However, some parcels may take longer. I provide tracking as proof of shipment – Please check the tracking. If I could, I’d deliver all your items in person to make sure it arrives exactly when you want it, but unfortunately I simply don’t have time:)
