! This is a 16 page softcover book measuring about 6½” x 4⅜”. As shown in the photos, the booklet is in good condition for its age with some cover wear and creasing. The booklet is complete and remains securely stapled from its cover to its centerfold. There is some rust on the staples. The booklet has generally clean pages with some creasing and no writing, rips, or tears. This vintage George Washington
