    Description

    Vintage Kwong Sang Lemon Tea Tin
    I bought this many years ago at an estate sale.  It has sat on my "curiosities" shelf since then, but I've got to make room!  I have no idea how old this is.  It definitely shows its age though.  It really has the right amount of light rust, grime and scratches and dings to please my eye, but use yours to be the judge.
    There is only one tin like this on eBay at the moment I am listing this... I find that to be quite an unusual fact.  It is in Europe, and it appears to be in better shape than this one.  If perfection is what you are after, please consider that one.  If "character" is what you are after, then consider this one.  Personally, I like character.
    There is a small amount of tea left in the tin.  It is not fit for consumption, but I have left it in there because I always found that to be one of the most appealing attributes to this antique.  Do not attempt to make tea from this!!!  It is included only as an original part of the artifact.
